The heart charm is handcrafted in fine silver by Hill Tribes artisans and each pendant is individual and unique. Fine silver (95-99% pure silver) will tarnish slower than sterling silver.

If you decide to make a return, your original order amount will be refunded minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.

  • Custom orders are not returnable, but if you do have concerns please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

  • If your order arrives and you notice a design flaw, please contact us and repairs will be made free of charge.
