Repair Policy

I will repair any jewelry purchased through NovauraJewelry.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email laura@novaurajewelry.com and request a repair tracking number.

  • Fewer than 6 months after purchase, the repair is free
  • More than 6 months is subject to a repair fee.
If a piece breaks, please return all beads and components (as possible). I can provide a price for components that are lost if for example a stretch bracelet breaks, and some the beads roll away to places dark & unknown-- It has happened to me!
The fee is contingent upon material availability and the type of repair.
Due to the nature of my products, I may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
